Samantha hails from Virginia and has been in the news biz for about ten years. That's when she traded her accounting shade for a microphone and began her career in AM radio in Brockton. Since then, Sammy J. worked at various AM and FM stations in Boston and Providence before settling in to mornings on CAT Country in the winter of 2007.

When she's not tracking down hot news tips, Samantha is usually enjoying the great outdoors or the company of friends and family.
